SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time:
All orders placed on Bored and Bold are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and produce your items before shipment.

2. Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, shipping times may vary depending on your location. For customers in the US, the estimated shipping time is approximately 7-14 business days.

3. Free Shipping:
We are delighted to offer Free Shipping for all orders to customers in the United States. There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.

4. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact our customer support team at hello@boredandbold.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange for the damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you.

2. Made-to-Order Policy:
Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Bored and Bold will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.
Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible for a refund or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.

Bored and Bold DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. This means that if you placed an order and received exactly what you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size/color/design, you would need to place a a separate and new order.

3. Order Accuracy:
We take great care to ensure the accuracy of your order. However, if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
